To maintain a relaxing, private atmosphere at ZENARA, housekeeping is provided on a daily basis whenever you need it. 

We respect your privacy while ensuring your room stays fresh and comfortable.

If you’d like your room serviced, simply turn your door sign to ‘Please Clean Room’ before heading out for the day.

If your sign is turned to ‘Do Not Disturb’, we’ll happily respect your privacy and won’t enter your room.

For guests staying 7 nights or longer, bed linen is refreshed weekly.

We never enter your room unless housekeeping has been requested.

Each morning, our team quietly sweeps the outdoor areas to keep ZENARA looking beautiful. If you’d prefer we don’t sweep your private terrace in the morning, simply let us know.
